A First
Well...I just woke up from my FIRST 'Big Bang Theory' (the TV series) dream. It was pretty true to form. If you've never seen the show this won't make any sense to you...It mostly took place at my old house on Lafayette Drive in Cornwallis Hills (Hillsborough, NC). At some point, I was in a car with Howard though. We were both in the front seat beside the driver and Howard was trying to play footsies by rubbing my foot and leg with his foot. He was in his socks. My reaction was that of Penny's...NOT IN A MILLION YEARS, HOWARD! So typical! I think we were on our way to an OHS football game. Anyway, back at the house, I was in my room showing Raj that picture of me with Superman (from when I was in the 6th grade) and I was surprised that as a person from India, he recognized Christopher Reeve. It's funny that the stereotyping from the show carried over into my dreams. The only thing off about this was Raj was talking to me, a girl! I guess he could have had something to drink before hand. Who knows?! Unlikely in my house, but anything can happen in a dream! The only halfway NORMAL character, Leonard, didn't make my dream. I wonder what that says about me???......And good ol' OCD Sheldon Cooper was in my living room when I decided that I needed to go to the emergency room. So when I asked him to take me and showed him what was wrong with me, he passed out. Haha! The only thing off about his character was that he could evidently drive in my dream. There was that one time that he did have to drive Penny to the emergency room when she hurt her shoulder or arm or something. Anyway, I have this recurring nightmare (due to not drinking enough water, I'm sure!) where I have this white gunk in my mouth on the back of my tongue that I can't cough up or get out. It was really bad this time (in my dream), and my whole tongue was white and I was having trouble breathing, so I wanted to go to the emergency room. I stuck my tongue out to show Sheldon and that's when he passed out. About that time, my dad came home and he was going to take me, but, thankfully, I woke up and instead, headed for the bathroom sink and my toothbrush, took care of that cotton-mouth, and then had a nice cold glass of water. Whew!
